Free Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders over HKD 500 are now available for free shipping. Simply select this option at checkout.

*Note: if the total amount of your shopping cart is less than HKD 500, this option will not show up.

Order Processing & Domestic Shipping Costs

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, as we are a small team, please allow us some time to process and ship out your order.

Generally, orders would be shipped within 1 - 3 working days, except pre-order items. You will receive an email from us when your item has been shipped out, along with a tracking code to track your order online.

Any orders placed during weekends, special promotions, and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 2-3 extra days for order processing.

All of our domestic orders are shipped with SF Express, which under normal circumstances take within 1 - 2 working days to get delivered. Small order shipping (less than 1kg) costs HKD 30. Large order shipping (more than 1kg and less than 3 kg) costs HKD 55.

The LFG Squad cannot be held responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost, or stolen packages during shipping. If your package has not been delivered, please contact us and we will do our best to help to find your missing package.

In the rare event that your item is faulty, or you wish to make an exchange due to sizing problems, please refer to our Exchange and Refund Policy page.

Pre-order items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. You will be notified via email once the stocks are available.

International Shipping

We are happy to announce that international shipping is now available!

For international orders, shipping costs vary on the destination and weight of orders. You will be able to select your preferred shipping option along with its rates at checkout.

The LFG Squad uses Hong Kong Post for international shipping.

Should there be any import duties, taxes, and charges, these are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any/all customs duties and fees. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
