Exchange and Refund Policy
Please carefully read our exchange and refund policy.
At this moment, we do not have a refund policy.
Our exchange policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you any exchanges.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We understand that the standard sizing guide might not be the same for everyone. If you have any sizing issues, feel free to reach out to us for a replacement.
Otherwise, kindly note that we will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please allow up to 14 working days for us to receive your items and process your returns. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
To exchange your product, please first send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the proof of purchase, product code, and the reason for an exchange of product/s. Please do provide supporting images to help with our assessment.
We will aim to reply to you within 48 hours of your email on the decision of our assessment and the next steps.
Please note that at this time, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (except for local pick-ups). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Conditions of Returns
- Item/s must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags intact.
- Items with distinct odors or signs of wear and tear will not be accepted. All returns are assessed thoroughly on this basis. Should an item fail our assessment, the item will be shipped back to you.
Whilst every effort will be taken to replace any stock with the closest item, under certain circumstances, your preferred product may be out of stock. In this instance, the customer reserves the right to a refund or credit to the value of the original product.
Please note that the aforementioned refund or credit value will only be issued if the item/s that are being returned does not have an adequately suitable replacement.
All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the garment is faulty.
Late or missing refunds (from unavailable exchanges)
If you did not receive a refund, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then, reach out to us and we will do our best to sort you out.
